NORCICS General Assembly and first Partner Workshop of 2021 |
March 9th, 2022, marked the day of the annual NORCICS General Assembly, as well as this year’s first partner workshop. The event was also NORCICS’ first GA and workshop with physical presence, where members of the NORCICS family were finally able to meet and mingle. NORCICS partner Norsk Hydro was the excellent host of the day, at Hydro’s Vækerø office in Oslo. |

Cyber Security Expertise in Reverse Engineering – An initiative to Strengthen the Norwegian Power Grid Industry
Arne Roar Nygård from Elvia, one of the major electrical grid companies in Norway, is doing an industrial PhD with funding from the National Research Council. Elvia is a partner in NORCICS, and the PhD work is closely related to the NORCICS work plan. |

NC-Spectrum specializes in the field of cyber-security and computer networking within the Norwegian broadband and critical infrastructure sectors.
Our main costumers are owners of critical infrastructure within electrical energy, manufacturing industry and fiber-network. Within this sector there is an ongoing rapid digitalization and convergence of IT and OT. In simpler words - critical systems are being interconnected and connected to the internet at a fast pace. This presents a wide range of exciting possibilities within Industry 4.0, smart services and efficient control and maintenance of systems.
